Bank Accounts:  Having a bank account is the most secure way to keep your money safe. Most banks have some fees but they are usually very low or even free if you keep a steady amount of money in the account. I can’t say which is the best bank to go to, but the easiest way to find out is to go to the bank yourself. I would recommend you go with a parent or someone you know that already has some knowledge about banks. Most of the banks are located in downtown Bend.  Here is a great link that can help you.
