If you have a job and work full-time, most employers will offer a health care plan, which usually covers: medication, vision, dental, and checkups.  Check with your employer and discuss health care plans and see if you’re eligible.

On the other hand, you may not have a job, or your employer does not offer health care, in that case, there is something called Oregon Health Plan (OHP).  If you, as one person (self), make under $16,105 a year, you may qualify; you must also be a US citizen and also be a resident of Oregon. The benefits include vision, dental, mental health treatment, medications, a general physician.
