Craigslist: is a great tool to use to look for employment. There are a lot of categories for different types of jobs. Lots of employers use this site to post job openings. You can also upload your resume to send to the employer.
Another really great resource is Worksource Oregon. They have an online website for you to look at job postings in Oregon, they also have a center where you can go in and talk to a job counselor where they can help assist you to find employment.
